The weather is warming up across Sydney, 21 big celsius degrees today. Pretty soon the flowers will return, the summer crowds will pack the beach, we will have forgotten the cold and instead be reminiscing about the solitude of winter mornings…
A new south swell is starting to indicate there will be some waves soon. I took a drive to a south facing beach this morning and, while the swell was a little larger, wave quality was low. The upside was a spectacular sunrise.  Back in Manly the local super-groms were attacking a small wave at the north end of the beach while the south end looked pristine from the top of the hill…
