Momentary Blues…
July 5th, 2012
Clear skies, grey, raining, clear again, cold, blue,
sunshine, grey… You get the idea. The only thing consistent about the weather at the moment is the sub-arctic wind-chill that seems to be keeping all but the hardiest surfers tucked in bed rather than facing an early morning and a cold wetsuit. There are waves again today, a fraction smaller than yesterday but consistent and clean, rubber up and go surf. The shifting weather also makes for shifting light, which can swing things either way for photographing. One minute there can be a beautiful glow in the sky, the next it’s dull and grey. The swell is fading from today so try and make the most of it sooner rather than later…
Enjoy your day,
Joel Coleman…
