how to start a Monday

how to start a Monday

With daylight saving time coming to a close over the weekend those amongst us who prefer to surf early are grinning with joy at the moment. An extra hour of morning light to add to your autumn wave quota, nice!  We have been delivered a tasty April swell that is set to continue all week and the winds are puffing gently from the west. It’s time to surf…
Last night I went along to see ACO ‘Underground’ performance at a nightclub in Surry Hills. These amazingly talented musicians turn classical into super-cool and their next project mixes it all with a healthy dose of surfing. Called ‘The Reef’ it promises to be awesome. Information and tickets (here).
Our travel schedule for the rest of 2012 is locked in and there are a few surprise spots on offer to some very amazing destinations. We have three places left on a boat that is returning to ‘this wave’ we scored in PNG. Availability for the ultimate in luxury surfing in The Maldives (the kind of trip you can bring your non-surfing partner on) and openings to travel with a small group to the Caroline Islands to surf some of the worlds most perfect and isolated reef passes.
