With another beautiful day of sunshine on the cards the event organisers at the Australian Open of Surfing must be walking around with big grins on their faces. The crowd numbers have been solid all week and this weekend will certainly see those numbers swell even more. Unfortunately the swell has taken a dive and the rest of the surfing looks like it will be contested in mushy two footers.
