The devil winds continue to dismantle the surf this morning. Hopefully there will be a let-up soon. If the charts are accurate perhaps by tomorrow morning there should be some improvement in surface conditions. This morning I took a drive around to a few different beaches in the hope of finding some protection from the wind. The foolish idea that somewhere will be holding a rideable wave was exactly that, foolish. Back in Manly I hung around on the beach for a while and watched as a few people did manage to get some waves, the howling wind has at least generated some swell. No surfing worth photographing though… I’ll try again tomorrow!
