There was a race this morning between the rising sun and the moving clouds. Most of the time the clouds seemed to be taking over, but every now and then you would get a nice burst of colour when some light found its way through the gaps. However by 7:30 the grey had pretty much taken over for what looks to be the rest of the day. The swell kicked in size yesterday afternoon and that has held through to this morning. Despite some less than ideal winds there are waves about in the 3-4 foot range. The banks however are pretty fickle and very tide dependant. Avoid the high water and you stand half a chance of finding something reasonable…
