Early starts…

September 23rd, 2010

early starts 5:55am

Early starts at the moment, sunrise is at 5:44 and heading towards 5:30am before daylight saving kicks in and those pesky flags go up at the beach again! If you did not bother getting out of bed this morning you did not miss too much surf wise. The SE winds have blown all night and made a mess of things. Tomorrow is looking a lot better with a predicted early morning offshore breeze.
This Saturday Manly is being honoured as Australia’s latest National Surfing Reserve. There is an event taking place at 11:30am on the promenade at North Steyne with a few legends past and present on hand – get along if you can.
