7 to 16 seconds

sunrise through the trees…

Slim pickings wave wise this morning but the sunshine, blue skies and warm temps more than made up for the lack of surf. The charts are showing a massive increase in swell period from 7 seconds to 16 seconds later today with no real increase in size. Not being half the surf forecaster that Ben Matson (swellnet) is I can’t tell you what that will translate into for the afternoon session. But I will be sure to keep an eye on it!. Looks like small waves all week, however there is a long range forecast for a swell spike over the weekend or early next week so hang in there!…

enjoy your day,
