Sydney Harbour walls… (manly ferry backdrop)

About once a year or so when the swell is big enough and in the right direction it pushes into Sydney Harbour bounces off the cliffs like a rubber bouncy ball and hits a certain location that is normally like a lake and turns it into a mini point break type setup. It’s not the best wave you will ever surf but it is always a lot of fun. The city skyline can be seen across the harbour and the Manly ferry passes by every half hour. All today’s shots are from inside the harbour. And no, this is not an Aprils fools joke!..
